LD400 Hydraulic Paper Plate Machine
LD400 is an oblique double-stations paper plate machine with a stable speed of 25-35 pcs/min on one side. The speed depends on the size of the plate, the depth, the quality of the paper and the debugging level of the engineer etc. Because of its structure, this machine usually does not have a conveyor belt, but it can be customized according to customer requirements. It is an equipment suitable for making normal paper plates, paper bowls and deep trays. The machine is easy to operate and maintain, and has a high cost performance.
Technical Features
1. Machine adopts hydraulic system, compared with traditional plate machine, has the advantage of stable forming, high efficiency and energy saving.

3. Automatic temperature control, automatic detection, small temperature difference range.
4. High-precision oil-water separator, which can automatically filter the water in the air source, automatically drain water, and automatically refuel, so as to achieve the function of lubricating the cylinder.
5. Two stations working separately, one machine can produce different sizes and shapes plates at one time.
6. Paper feeding part adopts aluminium profile, which is convenient to adjust the size after changing the mold. It is easy and simple to operate. Mold uses carbon steel, compared with aluminum alloy material, it is not easy to be deformed, mold surface with anti-rust plating.
7. Machine panel and body cover can be customized， also can connect with the collector.
