The packaging machine is special designed to automatic loading battery, conveying, wrapping, shrinkaging in a whole packaging line.This high speed shrink wrapping machine is specially for various model of battery. Different to traditional sleeve wrapping type with PVC film,it is full sealed wrapping with POF film,which is more prevalent packing type.
Technical Features
1. Intelligent computer controller. Packing length can be preset and cut precisely, saving time and film compare to POF full wrapping.
2. Automatic feeding system.You just only pour a container of battery into feeder’s hopper. Machine can feed one by one automatically.
3. Safety cover for sealing and the cutting system.
4. High speed.It can wrap max. 70 packs/min for 4 pcs
5. Automatic sleeve wrapping.The vacuum pump suck PVC sleeve roll open. The mechanical pusher 4pcs battery into film automatically.
6. High efficient shrink oven.The compacted small shrink oven is special for battery, which is more efficient.
